All Sales Final; Refunds or Credits from Carriers. All sales from the RNK Communications™ Website are final, subject to limited exceptions. RNK Communications may, at its sole discretion, issue credits, adjustments, refunds, or replace telephone cards, virtual cards, or electronic personal identification numbers (PINs). Should RNK Communications choose to make any exception to its general "all sales final" policy, RNK Communications shall not waive any rights it has to enforce this policy in the future in all other cases and at all other times.
