If you live in Massachusetts,New Hampshire or Rhode Island you can enjoy even greater savings by using the DialAroundTheWorld.com local access rate plan with rates as low as 1¢ per minute with no hidden fees, usage fees, or program fees - it costs less money to process your calls using a local access number so we pass the savings right to you! The local access rate plan works just like the national access rate plan except, you need to use a local access number from your touch-tone phone (see ACCESS NUMBERS).
